We offer 24-hour appiontment service. For the convenience of making arrangements for you, please tell us your appointment date, time, department office and the doctor you want to see (optional, if you need to specify a doctor, please refer to the introduction of doctors on our website ).

Counseling Service
Once you received treatment in and are ready to continue to be served by AMCARE , or you have bought the package service, the related staff will, according to your health condition and by regular telephone counseling, remind you of your diet, exercise, etc and to do regular physical examination.

Outpatient Services
Zero waiting time
We make arrangement for you according to your appointment time and there is no need to wait. If you do not come to hospital after the appointment time, the related staff will contact you soon so as to make sure if you can arrive within the limited time (15 minutes after the appointment time). If not, they will make another appointment with you or confirm the cancellation of the appointment. The remainder time due to the cancellation will be arranged separately.

One-on-one assistance
In AMCARE, the guiding nurse will accompany you for the whole term and help you deal with a series of problems including taking you to get examined in different department offices, waiting in a queue instead of you before paying fees, etc so as to avoid your trouble of passing through different department offices.

Home service, night service and transportation service
We provide out-call and evening outpatient services as well as car services as per your requirements.

Personalized package service
We make a personalized package health care plan suitable for you according to your health condition. The related staff will contact you regularly to remind you executing the plan so as to ensure your health.
